The restaurant is offering an amazing array of smoked meats as well as a broad selection of take & bake sides for the holiday. The menu allows hosts to customize their order to suit the tastes and number of their CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY GUESTS. Offerings include:  Smoked Prime Briskets Whole (10 lb. average) $234.99 Half (5 lb. average) $119.99 Smoked Prime Rib Whole (12 lb. average) $274.99 Half (6 lb. average) $139.99 Served with horseradish creme fraiche & au jus Smoked Spiral Honey Ham (10.5 lb. average) $123.99 Whole Smoked Turkey (14 lb. average) $74.99 Served with brown turkey gravy Half Pans of Sides – each half pan serves up to 20 6 oz. servings -- $45.99 Glazed Carrots, Twice Baked Potato Salad, Mac and Cheese, Smoked Buffalo Cauliflower, Elotes, Cole Slaw and Roasted Potato Medley Sides are also available by the quart upon request. Orders for Christmas meals should be placed by Thursday, Dec. 21 to ensure availability.
