Join Mr. Escobar (Lighthouse Coordinator), administrators and key staff members in a brief, introductory overview of _Leader in M_e. Participants will:     • Discuss common SCHOOL CHALLENGES AND DISTRICT/state-wide initiatives     • Rediscover your “why” and passion as an educator     • Discover 5 Core Paradigms of the _Leader in Me_ framework     • Tour a SCHOOL AND LEARN ABOUT THE _Leader in Me_ model, process, and global community Imagine what could change if you thought differently about education.
