This booklet will be provided to you. As we read through the various chapters, with such titles as "What is Spiritual Freedom," "The Key to Liberation," and "You Came Here to Fly," we will discuss how the wisdom imparted might help us in our daily lives. You came into this life to spread your wings and live in FREEDOM--heart, mind, and Soul! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From 11:30 a.m. -12:30 pm You are invited to join us in chanting HU, an ancient and sacred name for God. This sound of HU is the Sound of Soul. We will begin with a short contemplation seed followed by a chant of the word HU (pronounced "hue" in a long drawn out manner) for about 10 - 20 minutes. By singing HU we open ourselves to God's love. After the HU, please feel free to ask questions or share spiritual experiences. We have all had these experiences that make us aware of ourselves as a spiritual being. We welcome your input.
