Join us for a 50-minute Chair Flow Yoga Class instructed by Monika Orr
from the Lakeway Activity Center. Chair yoga is suitable for students
unable to participate in a traditional yoga class. It is very low
impact offering the opportunity to stretch. Chair yoga offers a
practical alternative, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens
personal body awareness. Participants can learn many kinds of yoga
postures, yoga breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation
with the aid of a chair. After the class stay for private shopping,
