Chef Rachel Zierzow, natural foods chef and holistic health coach,
will introduce you to a delicious & healthy Indian-inspired meal.
The sauce is flavorful and spicy, but not hot, and is made creamy
with cashews and coconut milk. Cauliflower, mushrooms, and peas are
added to give the curry texture and flavor. Jeera rice is mildly
spiced basmati rice with cumin and other aromatic spices.
Bread + olive oil (GF option)
Spanish Marcona Almonds and Olives will also be served. Water will be
served but wine will be available for an additional fee. All sales of
classes are final and are non refundable and cannot be used for future
dates. No physical tickets will be mailed, instead a receipt will be
emailed after you purchase your ticket, please bring this with you to
the class.
