Studies have shown that breast milk for most babies during the first year of life gives your baby important nutrients that will help him grow healthy and strong. This class offers you all the information you need before your baby’s birth to ensure a successful breastfeeding experience for you and your new bundle of joy. We recommend the class be taken between the 7th to 9th month of pregnancy.
