Wind down in the relaxing hues of CANDLELIGHT AND SALT LAMPS. This
class creates a space for students to find peace through mindful
movement, breath, meditation and SOUND HEALING. In this class,
students will be guided through a series of breath centric movements,
stretches and poses that have been shown to help reduce stress and
anxiety as well as align chakras. The class will end with an extended
Crystal Bowl SOUND BATH SAVASANA. Singing Bowls are believed to calm
and repair the mind as well as reduce stress and anxiety, PTSD,
depression, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation,
alleviate aches and pains, strengthen the immune system, and improve
mood. This class is ideal for all levels from beginners or the
seasoned yogis wishing to reduce and manage stress and anxiety, or
anyone looking to find a little more peace in their life.
Mats and props available to borrow for your practice. Feel free to
bring your own if you like though as mats and props are first come
first serve.
No experience needed. All ages and all levels welcome.
