Tokyo X is an exciting celebration of Japanese culture that will take place indoors at the NRG Center in Houston. This event seamlessly blends modern and traditional elements, and it’s set to occur during

*PICKING UP PASSES*
Passes must be collected from the Registration desk located in front of Hall B at NRG Center. To pick up your passes, you must present a valid Eventbrite ticket that includes a QR code. One-day passes can only be collected on the specific day for which they were purchased. VIP and Two-Day Passes can be picked up using the
*Priority line*

*REFUND POLICY*
All ticket purchases are considered final and refunds will not be issued. Ticket transfers may only be conducted by attendees themselves through the Eventbrite platform. Tokyo X assumes no responsibility for any ticket transfer activities. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. Furthermore, alterations between different ticket types (VIP, 2-day, Saturday, Sunday) are prohibited. Please note that unclaimed passes are not eligible for transfer to the subsequent year. Only if the event is canceled will refunds be issued.
