We meet @ the studio every weekend from Friday June 7th to Sunday August 25th with 1 silent beach retreat where we fast and cleanse.????
** NO TRAINING July 5-7 & July 12-14 to allow for holiday travel**
????Weekly Schedule:
Fridays 6:30PM - 9:00PM
Saturdays 10AM - 7PM
Sundays 11AM - 7PM
