Romer P Gillespie is proprietor with the mostest in DFW! Marius got invited back to host an Irish Whiskey Tasting Friday June 27th at 6:30PM. All the same set-up you are used to except in Gillespie's private room instead of Grapevine! Seating is limited and you should make reservations early if you're coming!

Review: Imagine 2 distilleries in all of Ireland in 1986 then a 3rd opened 1987 and the 4th in 2003.... and then the dam burst new distilleries every year finishing last year at 50+ unique distillers.

A fun opportunity for Whiskey Drinkers to learn a little more about Whiskey Tasting.
While we mostly do taste some of what we drink there is a method to the madness when you are looking to discern differences in 40+% alcohol beverages!

Quick Review using our favorite Tasting Glass the NEAT Glass alongside the trade favorite Glencairn Glass reminding guests that we "70%" of flavor via our nose not our tongue so aromatics matter!

Irish whiskey is relatively brand new 48:2 The 48 are each independent unique and have different Raison D'etre! Romer and I will be spending hours tasting selecting and then replacing each others list all the way up until Tues Jun 24.. Its the kind of chore we really enjoy... what can I tell you?
