IS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS AND ALL FITNESS LEVELS.Wear: Regular
workout attire, booty shorts, swim bottoms. Exotic heels
welcome. Knee pads are highly recommended. MASKS ARE REQUIRED
FOR ENTRY.
Bring: Water, towel, and yoga mat.
