This Dynamic non-sparring program will introduce the basics of boxing.
Techniques will include proper stance, footwork, how to throw punches,
interval training, bag work, pad work and more.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All fitness levels are welcome. Participants
must bring their own regulation boxing gloves and wraps
