Adapted Pickleball is designed for individuals with diverse challenges to learn a new sport in a supportive environment. The class focuses on fostering connections, following group instructions, and developing skills at a comfortable pace.

Additional Information
No prior experience in pickleball is required.Improve hand-eye coordination and reaction time. Enhance motor planning, agility, balance, and strength.

We believe in adaptive fitness so there is no hard requirement as such. But someone absolutely not able to follow instructions will need to bring their shadow person.
