In this two hour class, you will learn how to import, prepare and print your three-dimensional parts using the PolyPrinter 229 3D printer.

- The various parts of the PolyPrinter 229 printer
- How to safely set up and check the operation of the PolyPrinter 229 printer
- How to set up Slicer for use with the 3D printer
- The correct 3D mesh files ( .OBJ, .STL ) for printing, and what resolution you need
- How to download files from Thingiverse for printing
- When to use special features to print such as rafts, brims, skirts, support material
- How much infill to use, when, and why
- What materials you can use to print on the PolyPrinter 229, and which must be avoided
