We designed this experience as a casual, inviting and inclusive space to explore the basics of yoga. Whether you are a complete yoga newbie or a regular practitioner, you will feel welcome in this workshop-style class where you'll be invited to interact, ask questions and receive personal guidance along the way.
Best of all? There's beer!
