Spring Lake Halloween Bash and Monster Dash - San Marcos, TX 2022

Come start off your Halloween fun with the Exercise and Sports Science Graduate Student Organization Monster dash 5k! The run will take place on a scenic, point-to-point course around Spring Lake during the peak of autumn. It starts at the Intramural fields across Texas State University where Charles Austin and Aquarena meet and proceeds directly around and through Spring Lake. As you go through our spooky trail you will encounter mysterious monsters coming out of the swamps and shadows. We will have normal water stations along with candy stops for you to trick-or-treat along the way! The fun will not end when the race is over. Get your T-shirts and head over to the Vendors Village to fill up on candy and treats from local businesses and organizations! Event details and schedule Race details: Parking: Bobcat Stadium Parking Lot, 1100 Aquarena Springs Drive Booth set-up begins at 5:00 pm Runner Registration begins at 5:45 pm Race begins at 6:30 pm Booth removal by 9:00 pm Please bring your best costume for our costume contest and wear your comfy running shoes for the race. Water stations will be set up throughout with candy stations for trick-or-treaters as well! Parking will be located across the street at the Bobcat stadium as well as portable bathrooms. Please feel free to bring glow sticks and reflectors since this will be taking place around sunset. Excited to see you there!
