Ecologists and chefs come together to guide guests on the journey from
seed to plate. At this outdoor supper, chat about trees and recipes,
wildflowers and wine, and conservation and cocktails over a delicious
meal with like-minded diners and Wildflower Center experts. Enjoy a
menu of seasonal delights with native ingredients prepared by Jesse
Griffiths, head chef at Austin’s Dai Due. For this spring soirée,
we’ll dine near the wetland pond with a beautiful view of the meadow
through the aqueduct arches (and if she graces us, in sight of our
beloved great-horned owl resident, Athena). Space is very limited.
