This free, family-friendly event will feature hands-on activities,
cave explorations, a cave simulator, science and adventure
presentations, live music, and more. Visitors will have the
opportunity to visit two caves (limited capacity, ages 5 and up) and
see how water makes its way through the Edwards Aquifer to Barton
Springs. Learn about animals that call Austin’s caves home, try on
caving gear, and learn how to protect and conserve Austin’s water
resources. The event will not have preregistration for cave tours.
Registration will be handled on site, on a first-come, first-served
basis. Although the number of spots available for cave tours is
limited, there will be many other activities. Free Admission.
