Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness and the music of
Tibetan and quartz singing bowls and chimes. Slow down and connect
with your breath and prepare your body to receive the transformational
benefits of sound. The singing bowls and chimes will help students
achieve a deeper state of relaxation and aid in reducing stress and
restoring energy flow. 40 mins of yoga, 20 mins of sound. All levels
welcome. Please bring your mat! Space is limited and registration is
recommended. This class will be held Sundays, 9 – 10 a.m. on: Feb.
