Low/no pressure RUNNING CLUB. Meet up, warm up, run about 5k (or
however far you can make it in 30-35 minutes) at your own pace, cool
down, and get to know your neighbors! All fitness levels are
welcome!We'll meet every Thursday around 6pm at Meyer Park on the
southeastern side, near the picnic area (the one close to the road).
Itinerary:
~6pm: Meet, stretch, warmup, gab
~6:10pm: Start run
~6:40-6:45pm: Meet back up at original location for
cooldown/stretching/gabbing.
Disclaimer: I am not a fitness coach, nor do I aspire to be. I just
enjoy running as a leisure activity to maintain a relative fitness
level, and like to talk to people before, during, or after I run. I am
also not a medical expert, so if there are questions concerning your
health pertaining to your prospective participation with this club,
