and when a registration cancellation is made, staff will contact the
next person on the waitlist. There will be no Race Day Packet Resale
or Race Day Registration.**
The RUN AND DONE 3.1 will take place on SATURDAY, APRIL 19, 2025
beginning at 7 a.m. at Rob Fleming Park. The chip-timed 5K course will
wind throughout the pathways throughout Rob Fleming Park, providing
a scenic route and fun, enjoyable atmosphere fostering friendly
competition. The event will be sanctioned by USA Track & Field
(USATF) with awards provided for overall male and female, as well as
first and second place in both male and female age groups. The 5K
race is open to runners of all abilities and recommended for
participants ages 10 and older. After the race, registered
participants and their guests can enjoy an egg hunt at the Lodge at
Rob Fleming Park!
Egg hunt participants must be accompanied by a registered athlete with
a race bib. The egg hunt will begin at 8 a.m. and will continue while
supplies last. Baskets/buckets
not
provided.
There will not be an Awards Ceremony, but awards will be distributed
onsite. A photo area will be available for participants.
Registration fee of $35 includes finisher medal and participant
packet. Please Note: A participant shirt is not included, but can be
purchased for an additional $15. There is very limited availability
for sizes, and shirts must be purchased by March 21, 2025. If
inventory permits, shirts will be available for purchase on Race Day
for an additional cost ($20 per t-shirt). There will be no Race Day
Registration. STROLLERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE COURSE PER USATF
SANCTION REQUIREMENTS!

REFUND POLICY
100 percent of your entry fee will be refunded until March 28, 2025.
Refunds will not include Active.com processing fee. Refunds can take
up to 3 weeks for processing. Please email the department to request
a refund.
TRANSFER POLICY
Entry fees are nontransferable from year to year. Transfers must be
completed by the deadline by logging into to your Active website
[https://apm.activecommunities.com/wcscparksandrec/ActiveNet_Login]
account and selecting "My Events." All transfers must be completed by
March 21, 2025. If you need assistance with transfers, please email
the department.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
We have a "no refund policy" in regards to weather cancellations of
any kind as well as changes to the race after registration.
Unforeseen changes can occur at any time no matter how finalized
anything seems to be. Any changes made to the race are done after
careful consideration, usually due to safety concerns that arise after
the race has been planned. We do everything we can to create a better,
safer, more enjoyable experience for all participants.
