Holiday Gift Wrapping Workshop - Austin, TX 2025

Description As the store ads have told us – the holiday shopping season is here! This season don’t pay someone else to wrap your gifts and skip the store bought bags. Put a smile on their face with a beautiful present wrapped just for them. By the end of this workshop we’ll teach you how to be a gift wrapping pro! Having trouble wrapping that bottle of wine or oddly shaped toy? Instead of putting it a boring old bag, wrap it! We will teach you several way to wrap even the strangest of items. Learn up to 5 different gift wrapping strategies – from the very basics to advanced! We’ll start by breaking down each step and walking you through the process; from how to measure your paper to putting on the bow! You’ll learn two different ways to make bows for your presents and multiple ways to add low cost, simple garnishes by reusing scrap paper or other basic items in your home to really bring in the WOW factor! You’ll leave with a few gifts wrapped and ready for the holidays as well as step-by-step instructions. We ask that workshop participants can bring 6 different presents to wrap. We will supply the wrapping paper, tape, and scissors. Additional boxes will be available for participants to practice with. Participants may also bring their own wrapping paper if desired. This event is free and limited to the first 20 participants. Registration for this workshop will close on December 15th. Participants under the age of 15 and under should have an adult for supervision and assistance. Not recommended for children ages 8 and under.
