DANCE TO FITNESS™ is a DANCE FITNESS PROGRAM WHICH COMBINES
DIFFERENT GROUP ACTIVITIES WITH High energy dance, High Intensity
Interval Training, H.I.I.T and Cardio Kickboxing to music from around
the world to create a workout that would really move you - spirit,
soul and body in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
The workout features declarations to engage the mind and spirit; fast,
moderate and slow tempo music combined with cardio and strength
training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Dance to
Fitness is for everyone, regardless of your age or size. Participants
burn up to 800 calories per hour while having fun, losing weight and
getting fit.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Ade is the Dance to Fitness™ instructor. Even though a civil
engineer by profession, she was inspired by her personal experience
with weight loss; faith, passion for dance, music, creativity and
holistic fitness to start the Dance to Fitness™ Program.
She is a certified Zumba instructor, motivational speaker and a
holistic wellness coach who has helped women around the world
experience transformation spirit, soul and body for over 6 years.
She is also a sought after Dance to Fitness™ instructor who has
been featured on several TV and radio shows, in conferences and
events in major cities in the United States including Atlanta, Dallas,
Chicago, Houston and Phoenix.
With the release of her FITNESS DVD, Dance to Fitness Party, her reach
has extended to other parts of the world in Africa, Europe and
Australia.
Through her Fitness For Africa Initiative, It’s Time Fitness is
also making impact in Africa, motivating people to get fit and
spreading the good news of health and wellness.
She is very positive and enthusiastic about life, fitness, health and
wellness and encourages the participants to do the same.

All exercisers from beginners to advanced will enjoy the benefits of
the Dance to Fitness™ class: stress relief, enhanced cardiovascular
health, improvement in muscle tone, increased energy and weight loss
(everyone’s favorite). Anywhere from 300-800 calories per hour are
burned, depending on the exercise intensity. Choreography
modifications are offered throughout the class to ensure each
participant gets an effective workout.
The following is a model of what the Dance to Fitness™ session
would offer:
* Sign In (5-10 min. before class starts)
* Welcome/Intro (1 min.)
* Group Discussions/ Health Declarations (10 min.)
* Warm-up (5-7 min.)
* Cardio fitness and strength interval training--the bulk of the
class
* Cool down (5-10 min.)
Class participants are required to sign a waiver on arrival, which
simply states that the instructor, facility, organization and It’s
Time Fitness are not liable for any injuries or health problems that
may occur during or as a result of participation.

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable workout clothing and shoes.
WHEN TO ARRIVE: Arrive 10 mins before class begins for registration
i.e. 10:20 AM
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU COLLECT AT THE DOOR?
Cash is preferred but we accept credit cards. CashApp Accepted.
IS MY REGISTRATION/TICKET TRANSFERRABLE?
Yes your paid registration or ticket is transferrable but funds
expires on the class date indicated on the ticket. Contact us ASAP via
email if you're unable to attend the class you registered for.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?
Yes, you should bring your printed ticket or show ticket sent via
email at the class if you paid online.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
There will be no refunds given for payment online or at the door.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Kids, 5 years and older are welcome to attend with their
parents. Admission is free for kids up to the age of 15.
