• What we ll do
Total body strength training! Be ready to sweat and work major muscle
groups for maximum results! This class is led by a NASM certified
trainer who will provide you with support during the class to make
sure you are using proper form and getting the most out of the
workout.• What to bring towel and water. You will need to hydrate!
• If you are new to the class, please come 10 minutes early to sign
a waiver. Class is limited to 15 people so please RSVP to secure your
spot. If you cannot attend, please un-RSVP. We do have an unlimited
class membership available which include all bootcamps, Stretching and
Foam Rolling classes, and monthly body comp assessments to follow
progress.
