Mom Tribe- 6 week Workshop- NEW DATES!!!

Mom Tribe DATES HAVE BEEN CHANGED--- meets once weekly (Saturday mornings from 8-9:30AM) for 6 weeks (starting March 7th). Each week we will explore a new topic, discuss new challenges, and offer support and positivity to one another, while also finding answers and solutions to the TOUGHEST questions!!!

*Topics include:

• Finding ME again

• Self-care (how to make yourself a priority without feeling guilty!)

• Parenting challenges and how to handle them (with a certified Love and Logic teacher)

• Defining and finding a healthy support system

• Connecting with my spouse/partner again

and other useful topics!
