MOAB Run the ROCKS IS A 3 –Day Trail Running Race in MOAB, Utah.Achieve your goals at the trail running mecca in Moab. Whether this is your first stage race or your 100th, there’s something here for everyone! Hosted over 3 days, Moab Run the Rocks incorporates two stage races (Half Pint & Full Pint) into one big trail running festival on the most beautiful trails, just a short drive from the City of Moab. With a capacity of 500 runners, this event is sure to sell out fast! FULL PINT At 53.6 miles (85.6 km) and 4,480 ft (1,356 m) of vertical gain, The Full Pint is for those who want to experience as much of Moab’s legendary singletrack as possible in the short time you’re with us. Friday, Stage 1 – 19.6km/12.2m, 304m/997 feet – Navajo Rocks Saturday, Stage 2 – 39.6k/24.6m, 600m/1970 feet –  Gemini Bridges Sunday, Stage 3 – 21.7k/13.5m, 346m/1135 feet – Bar M Trails HALF PINT For those that are looking for something a little less intense, we present The Half Pint. It has all the flavor without the volume, and at 33.1 miles (53.1 km) and 2,670 ft (811 m) of vertical gain, this challenging course highlights some of Moab’s finest singletrack. Friday, Stage 1 – 14.2k/8.8m, 216m/710 feet – Navajo Rocks Saturday, Stage 2 – 28.5k/17.6m, 475m/1560 feet – Gemini Bridges Sunday,  Stage 3 – 12.1k/7.7m, 181m/595 feet – Bar M Trails YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES: * Three exciting days of running in and around the legendary Moab, Utah. * Beautiful professionally marked and mapped courses on a mix of singletrack, rock and gravel. * Fully stocked checkpoints/aid stations. * Legendary ChillVille lounge at the Finish Line * A garment at packet pickup on Thursday for those doing either the FULL PINT or HALF PINT. * Podium awards for each stage. * Finisher buckles for every finisher. * Friday and Saturday afternoon “Happy Hour, Photos/Videos of the Day & Awards” at the Old Spanish Trail Arena from 4:00pm – 5:00pm on * Friday and 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
