The Friends of the Logan Library invite the community to a free screening of the award-winning independent documentary film Banned Together: The Fight Against Censorship on Saturday, April 19 at 2:00 PM in Logan Library’s Community Room (285 N Main St).
The screening will be followed by a moderated panel discussion, with professionals from the fields of librarianship, political advocacy, and media ethics participating in a thoughtful conversation about the issues raised in the film.
Banned Together: The Fight Against Censorship follows three teens as they experience censorship in libraries and schools and become champions of free speech and intellectual freedom. This event is free and open to all.
