Cache Valley Cheese & Dairy Festival will be held Friday, Sept 29th from Noon- 6 p.m. and Saturday, Sept 30th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm @ the Cache County Fairgrounds, 450 South 500 West, Logan. Featuring: Alpenhorn Demonstration, Live Music, Salzburger Echo Mini-Concert, Chocolate Tasting Panel, Food Trucks, Cracking a 75-pound Parmesan Cheese Wheel Imported from Parma, Italy, A Dutch Oven Dinner (with entertainment by Master Yodeler Kerry Christensen) and much more!
