CANNABIS HARVEST WORKSHOP PRESENTERS: Pete McMahon, owner of Liquid
Sun in Putney and Brian Berry, expert grower On July 1, 2018 Vermont
legalized adult personal possession of one ounce of cannabis and
allows individuals to cultivate two mature plants and four immature
plants per household. In April 2019, Next Stage held a week-long event
to focus on the art, science and politics of Cannabis. Our first ever
Cannabis Week was a success, with the Growers Workshop being one of
the most successful events, where people learned how to grow cannabis.
Now that the growing season will soon be coming to an end, we are
excited to bring back our cannabis experts for another workshop where
you can learn how to harvest your crop for best results. Whether you
are a recreational user, starting a cannabis-based business, or are
interested solely in the production of cannabis on an educational
level, join us for this Harvest Workshop. In addition to fielding
questions from participants and providing one-on-one advice for
harvesting, the presenters will review: When it is time to harvest
your crop How to dry the product without over or under drying to avoid
mold How to cure for best flavor How to store for best results BONUS:
To end this workshop, there will be a brief demonstration on how to
make water hash from dried leaf.
