Join Central Vermont SURJ (Showing Up for Racial Justice) and facilitators Shalini Suryanarayana and  Kathy Johnson for a 2-part series using “Let’s Talk Race” Conversation Cards. This card deck was created by BIPOC Vermonters to prompt discussion about racism, class and privilege, and shifting power. The series is designed to help all people grow our ability and skill to have conversations about race, by providing a tool to expand mutual understanding, empathy, and communication. The sessions are different, but non-sequential. You can attend one or both.
