Childbirth Education Sampler and Snacks!

Pregnant folks, expecting families, and care providers who are curious about the different CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES OFFER AT EMERGE WTIH AMY LEPAGE ARE ALL WELCOME. Get a glimpse of what each class covers: Empowered CHILDBIRTH, Moving Breathing Birth, Spinning Babies®Parent Class & Pelvic Floor and Pushing Prep. Plus, if there’s time, get a sneak peak into Amy’s Prenatal Bodywork sessions that can also have a birth prep focus. This class is a part of the larger Emerge & Blossom Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond Event happening March 22 - 24th & March 30th. This class is offered on a donation base and comes with snacks as it’s happening during dinner time! Register in advance and be sure if more than 1 person per family is joining, register each person so there are enough snacks!  Join in-person or via zoom!
