Spring Into Health 5K

Mark your calendar now for our 16th Annual SPRING INTO HEALTH 5K STARTING AND ENDING ON THE TOWNSHEND COMMON.You are welcome to run, walk, roll, or stroll your 5K with the group on May 10, or, if you prefer, virtually at a time and place of your own choosing. The idea is to take charge of your health and get moving! All participants must sign a waiver. Kids 17 and under run free with parent or guardian signature on a waiver form. The 2024 Spring Into Health 5K was lots of fun!
