Follow a simple QIGONG (energy cultivation) meditation routine along
with Lead Instructor Blake Wheeler. Anyone may join, but it is
recommended to join 1-2 beginner sessions on Tuesdays to learn the
routine first. Donations are optional through PayPal, Venmo, or
Square.The routine consists of coordinating Qigong breathing methods
with simple, Tai Chi-like (aka Taiji) movements, sensory meditation,
and seated meditation. Qigong is excellent for boosting the immune
system and providing robust health and well-being. The deeper benefits
of Qigong are gained through simple repetitive daily practice.
This routine is based on a Daoist (aka Taoist) Nei Dan (internal
alchemy) Qigong practice that Blake has practiced for over 20 years.
Blake studied closely under formally acknowledged Qigong Master, John
Alton, and also benefited greatly from the teaching and influence of
Masters Lu Shaojun and Xu Weijun, both recognized among the top-ranked
masters in mainland China.
