The location is a memorial tree grove created to honor the victims and survivors of the Virginia Tech mass shooting tragedy. It is next door to T.C. Williams High School in the rear of Chinquapin Park. The driveway to use runs between the park and the high school. A candle lighting will be held at 9:00 pm.
