ORANGETHEORY FITNESS IS A TOTAL BODY HIGH-intensity interval training
(HIIT) workout which utilizes treadmills, water rowers, free weights,
and TRX bands to deliver effective, heart rate-based results. Each
CLASS IS LED BY A CERTIFIED COACH TO MOTIVATE AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH
THE WORKOUT AND GIVE YOU MINUTE-by-minute instructions. We focus on
Endurance, Strength, and Power to make sure your body is well-balanced
and strong. For more details, please visit

monitors during this private event, but they are available to use if
you'd like to continue coming to OTF!
We have space for 46 registrants so act fast to claim your spot! To
sign up for this CLASS, please register through the eventbrite link.
Plan to arrive between 12:45-12:55pm (no later than 12:55pm please- a
CLASS OVERVIEW WILL START AT 12:55pm). CLASS WILL RUN FROM
APPROXIMATELY 1-2pm!
