Join Debra Dalby in a NEW offering of a Slow Vinyasa Flow Yoga class!
This class will focus on moving through each asana (pose) with mindful
awareness of breath, movement and sensation. Designed for all levels
of practice, this class will allow time to “flow” from each asana
with relaxed effort while also building strength and flexibility.
In the Mental Health field for over 30 years, Debra Dalby, LCSW, RYT
200 has been helping individuals and couples in addressing
relationship issues, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Ms. Dalby began her
yoga practice over 20 years ago. Over the years, she has learned about
the recent scientific studies supporting the multiple health benefits
of yoga both psychologically and physically. In 2015, Ms. Dalby
completed the 200 level Yoga Teacher Training and has enjoyed sharing
the practice with others.
