Mindful Relationships Workshop
This workshop is designed to strengthen mindful self-awareness and
communication skills in relationships with others in the
evidenced-based tradition of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction-(U Mass Medical Center)
Imagine Well Being creates a welcoming, fun and relaxed atmosphere for
those new to meditation and mindfulness. Experienced practitioners
will benefit from the practice and link to mindful relationships.
Please dress comfortably and bring a small notebook if you would like
to take notes.
Our workshop will include:
An overview and experience of mindfulness meditation practice for
daily living
Introduction to mindfulness meditation basic practices
Guided experiences to cultivate the journey inward and together.
A primer on mindfulness, conflict and safe conversations
The integration and practice of mindful conversations throughout the
workshop
You will leave with skills and resources to take next steps to growth
in daily practice to transform our lives and relationships one person
and community at a time.
