COMPASSION CULTIVATION TRAINING© WINTER 2020 SESSION (ASHBURN, VA) SUNDAYS, 3-5PM, JANUARY 26 - MARCH 22 (No class Sunday, February 16) Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT) is an eight-week program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and for others. The CCT protocol was developed at Stanford University by a team of contemplative scholars, clinical psychologists, and researchers. This course includes: * A two-hour weekly class with teaching, discussion, and in-class exercises. * Access to online guided meditations to support a daily practice of developing loving kindness, empathy, and compassion. * Practical applications to explore and develop compassionate thoughts and actions in real life.
