Join our Weekly Spiritual Gathering: Integral Yoga Hatha taught by
Jami Obermayer, PhD, a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), every
Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Please bring a yoga mat and
light blanket (extras are available).
This class will focus on pranayama (breathing) and asanas (poses) to
bring attentive awareness to the mind-body connection. Each class will
end with a guided Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) practice designed for
greater inner peace, calmness, and stress reduction.What to bring a
yoga mat, yoga belt, and a light blanket or towel. We have extras
available for use until such time as you're able to purchase your own
or if you forget one or all 3 on any given night.
