Science of Cooking (AM) 8:30 - 12:30: Love to cook? Need help with math and scientific concepts? Then have we got the camp for you! Science has never been this tasty. Campers will learn all about science behind why foods work with other foods they way they do. Appropriate for 5 – 16 yrs old. Sample Menu: Yeast Pretzels, Eggs Benedict, and Chocolate Mousse. Sweetheart Baking (PM) - 1:00 to 5:00: New to the kitchen? This baking camp is for younger campers who just want to bake. Campers will learn fun, new recipes and be able to make a mess, not in your kitchen! Grades K- 3. Sample Menu: Blueberry Muffins, Coconut Raspberry Scones, and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
