Description Come try out Goochland Parks & Recreation's newest fitness
program! Every 6 weeks experience a new fitness format. 30 minutes to
start your day off on the right foot. Formats include Kickboxing, Core
Resistance, Zumba Toning, Circl Mobility and Zumba. All fitness levels
welcome.
