You can expect some work in partners and some challenging moves. I recommend you bring an extra layer that cover your shoulders for some exercises, and knee pads if you have. This class will lead you to develop your core strength, coordination, flexibility, body awareness and stamina. About me: I am a teacher, choreographer and professional dancer trained in Colombia and Argentina in different dance techniques (contemporary, capoeira, pole dance, gymnastics, etc) and I’ve been teaching for more than 15 years.
