Our BEGINNER ADAPTIVE BOXING FITNESS CLASS TEACHES THE BASICS OF
BOXING LIKE STANCE AND POSITIONING, defensive position, and the most
basic punches in BOXING (like the Jab and right cross)....we then
adapt the class to uniquely individualize it for the
individual.Whether your focus is trunk balance from a seated position,
standing balance, arm strength, or coordination we can challenge
everyone at any level!
