Come shimmy, kick, breathe, and laugh your way to a healthful relationship with your body! Nia is a joyful, non-impactive cardiovascular movement practice that engages the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Inspired by martial arts, dance, and healing arts such as yoga, Nia is performed barefoot (though soft soled shoes can be worn) to diverse, soul-stirring music.
