Fresh cream & Wisconsin Cheddar blended with herbs, spices and
broccoli
VIRGINIA WHISKEY SHRIMP Served with Red Zenato Lugana Blackened Gulf
Pink Shrimp served atop Ciabatta bread and drizzled with a tarragon
cream sauce
PAN-SEARED FILET MIGNON Served with Anwilka Red Blend Finished with
our house hollandaise and served on a bed of bacon, garlic, and herb
mashed potatoes along with honey-glazed, local Chantenay carrots
COCONUT CREAM PIE Served with La Fleur d'Or Sauternes Sweetened and
toasted coconut, homemade custard, served in a graham cracker crust
with house whipped cream on top
