This will be a recurring two-part work shop series. Come out to our
farm bright and early and learn how to go from a live pasture-raised
chicken to chicken noodle soup, with all the steps in between from
9am-12pm. We will also go over meat chicken economics on a small scale
and where to find good local sources of meat, lunch will be
provided.From 12:30pm-3:30pm we will host a build-your-own coop
workshop. We provide lumber, tools, hardware and guidance. You get a
small chicken coop to take home, big enough for up to 12 chickens,
starter feed and baby chicks. Great family weekend project! Feel free
to sign up for either the morning or the afternoon session, or both!
