Who: Individuals with autism who are 18 and older What: The FACT Gives Back program is designed to provide adults with Autism a sense of purpose, community, and belonging. This program will allow adults with autism of all ability levels to get together regularly. Gives Back PARTICIPANTS WILL WORK WITH FACT STAFF TO COMPLETE VOLUNTEER TASKS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY. This will in-turn enhance life/vocational skills, coping skills while in public places, and interpersonal skills. This program will also foster community integration as we are going out and volunteering at other nonprofits and giving back to our community while providing supports necessary for success. Where: FACT Autism Resource Center 3509 VIRGINIA BEACH BLVD VIRGINIA BEACH, VA 23452 When: PARTICIPANTS ARE ABLE TO SIGN UP FOR AS MANY SESSIONS AS THEY WOULD LIKE ON WEDNESDAY'S AND/or Friday's from 12:00-5:00pm How: FACT will provide staff, transportation, and activities to complete for each session.
