Monday Night Meditation with Intention!

Monday Night Meditation with Intention! Join us as we put our meditation skills to work and practice raising our vibration to connect with Spirit for messages of love, guidance, healing, and inspiration! Bring your journals and your open crown, third eye, and heart chakras and give it a try! After the meditation, we'll share and discuss what we experienced. This process is designed to exercise your meditation skills and to learn from each other. Having a difficult time meditating on your own?
