prepare a variety of foods, then sit and enjoy the rewards of their
labor all the while discussing the concepts and rules of manners and
etiquette. Class two is a four-course meal served to them restaurant
style, while their dining etiquette is critiqued by Chef Joel in a fun
and productive manner. Class One: Vegetable Minestrone with Herbed
Garlic Flatbread; Turkey Meatballs with Marinara Sauce and Noodles;
Sugar Crisp; Common Courtesy; Manners and Etiquette 101; Guest and
Host. Day Two: Bread and Butter Basket; Baked Potato Soup; Mixed Green
Salad with Homemade French Dressing; Chicken Wellingtons with Classic
Veloute; Herbed Rice Pilaf; Vegetable Side Dish; Fresh Fruit
Napoleons; Manners and Etiquette 102. Recipes and handouts will be
