Get ready for an exciting day of fitness and fun at the MWR Earth Day
5K on Thursday, April 17, 2025, in beautiful Norfolk, Virginia! This
vibrant community event is completely FREE for all participants,
making it an excellent opportunity for active duty military, retirees,
reservists, dependents, and DOD civilians to come together and
celebrate Earth Day while staying active. The race kicks off at 11:30
AM, with pre-registration and same-day registration available starting
at 10 AM. The first 200 finishers will receive commemorative T-shirts,
and everyone can enjoy delicious pizza and live music provided by DJ
E. Awards will be presented to the overall top male and female
finishers, as well as to the first place winners in various age
categories, ensuring a competitive yet friendly atmosphere. Don’t
